The split of roles is clear: we, the founders, publish your listings on the major portals and generate demand: buyers contact you directly. You are paid as soon as the sale goes through.
We are recruiting real estate advisors — beginners and seasoned professionals alike — across France, and especially in our two flagship markets, Paris and Cannes.
Two ways to work — in full independence, or supported by the agency if you need it. Choose the option that suits you best: run the sale from start to finish and earn 70% of the commission, or focus on bringing in mandates and let us handle the rest.
The agency's share covers listings on the major portals, advertising, and generating and handling viewing requests — entirely on us.
You bring in the mandates, we bring in the buyers. And if you are just starting out, we support you: method, prospecting and follow-up through to signing.
